Established in 2016, Safety Solution Resources, LLC (SSR) has built a team of certified fire, HAZMAT and overall safety inspectors who each bring years of experience in the safety inspection industry. We pride ourselves in our attention to detail which enables us to ensure compliance with safety laws and identify and address possible hazards.
Founded by David Raines, his 40 years of experience in the field enabled him to recognize the need for a private company focused on safety and compliance. While he runs Safety Solution Resources, LLC he is also Senior Director HSSE Operations and Construction ConEdison /RWE CE.

Emergency Action Plan Development
An emergency action plan (EAP) is a written document outlining steps to be taken during a workplace emergency. Some of these steps may be designating proper emergency exit routes, creating an employee wide protocol for reporting emergencies, and assigns specific responsibilities to employees to ensure a smooth reaction to any emergency that may occur. We take the time to learn about your company, staff, and work space to develop an EAP that aligns with your needs. A quality EAP ensures the safety of employees by providing clear instructions for evacuation, sheltering-in-place, communication, and other emergency procedures. Expert Battery Storage
Our battery storage safety team will check for proper installation, temperature control, and that the appropriate charging practices are being followed. We will ensure the battery is stored at room temperature in a clean, non-flammable area and that the storage area is not near any flammable materials. Our team will review the steps to prevent overcharging and demonstrate the proper clearance area around units, both of which can be easily over looked. Emergency plans and early detection systems are also crucial for preventing or mitigating potential fires.
Site Inspections
We conduct numerous types of safety inspections, from residential pre-purchase inspections, to construction site safety inspections. Our inspections cover major systems like HVAC or electrical equipment. We also inspect the structure, from the roof to the foundation. We provide comprehensive reports of our finding along with recommendations to remedy any issues we may come across.
